In addition to over 8,000 items in our general merchandise category, we use a cross merchandising approach to improve gross profit and grow sales for our customers and suppliers. UNFI Specialty Distribution Services' J-Hook program offers retailers a unique opportunity to increase sales by creating cross-merchandising opportunities for categories within every store aisle, as well as sales captured through impulse purchases.
